The document, spelling out 1959 Masters Tournament guidelines for Charles Kocsis, is signed ''Clifford Roberts'' as Chairman of the Masters Tournament Committee. The 2pp. letter, typed on two 8.5'' x 11'' stapled sheets, is in fine condition.
