The red overprint is bright and vivid, the pen signatures dark and appealing, and the overall appearance that of a considerably higher grade note. PMG has graded this note (quite conservatively in our belief) as <B>Very Fine 30 EPQ,</B></I> and the originality here is evident in the embossing of the charter number that can still be seen through the third party holder. <BR><I>From The Thomas M.
