Classic full stocked percussion rifle with Rich’d Ashmore & Son marked lockplate and unmarked barrel, .44 cal., 35” octagon barrel, brown patina on metal surfaces, wood stock, brass furniture and butt plate, old copper sheet repair to stock wrist, lead bulb tipped wood ramrod; good action and completely uncleaned! The rifle shows lots of use, some old scattered losses to wood and likely had its butt stock near a hearth or campfire more than a couple of times. Est.: $300-$600.
