Classic Mexican copy of a Colt SAA revolver, .45 cal., 7-1/4” barrel, brown finish, smooth hard wood grips, #392. This gun shows an even heavy dark patina on metal surfaces and has approx. 10% nickel finish confined primarily to the top of the barrel; there are areas of moderate pitting on the cylinder and the ejector rod housing, the action needs repair and the grips are fair + and not fitting entirely to the straps. A great looking 19th century SAA copy from south of the border that probably has a great story to tell. Est.: $300-$600.
