He was considered one of the founders of the tech back then along with Marconi. Thomas Clark and several other companies around 1910 later formed under the Continental Wireless Telephone and Telegraph Co. of New York where Clark was named the Gen. Mgr. In 1912 The company had some issues regarding it's delivering of stock to investors .
