Limited edition of 425 copies (This being No. 113). NY: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1932. Hardcover, 6.5 x 9.75, 465 pages. Signed on the limitations page in black ink. Book condition: VG/None. Cream cloth-covered boards; spine sunned; discoloration and soiling to exterior including a small red splotch to rear; one interior hinge has minor crack, but binding still feels strong. A boldly signed and quite rare example from the litigator who championed the cause of the underdog.
