Civil War era militia sword for a Non-Commissioned officer circa 1850-1870. The sword is in overall very good condition with a 26 ½” blade and 33 ¼” overall length. The brass pommel and hilt are in good condition adorned with the stars and stripes, while the blade has gone to a grey patina. The ribbed bone handle shows little use and is in very good condition. Est.: $500-$800.
