Civil War era imported British style Calvary saber, marked Tiffany & Co. on blade with iron mountings and original scabbard. Closely styled after Model 1821 British pattern with RMS and B stamped at rearportion top of blade. The blade measures 35-1/2", is of heavy construction; the sword measures 40-1/2" overall. The blade is in near fine condition, with most of its bright polish. The leather covered grip is good,showing steel and copper wire wrap, of which a small amount is missing. The scabbard is good with a few dents. Several British pattern swords of this style were known presentations to American Officers. Est.:$700-$1,400

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Little John's will be closed the Friday after the auction. Preview on October 27th 7 28th 9:00 to 11:00 am each day.

Little John's will pay for packing and materials. Buyer pays actual costs of shipping and insurance. All International purchases will be sent to an exporter for shipment to foreign countries. International buyers agree to pay all cost incurred including all shipping, insurance, exporter fees, all custom and duty fees associated with shipment. Post 1898 firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee in your place of residence. All Federal, State and Local Regulations apply and MUST be strictly followed.
