Civil War era Smith percussion carbine, .50 cal., 21-1/2” barrel, wood stocks, #14426. This gun is in overall fair to good condition showing a dark patina on metal surfaces that display moderate pitting evenly overall;good action, dark bore, good wood butt stock with two distinct inspector cartouches on the left side and a fair to good wood fore end with scattered tack holes.
