#16661 Made 1863-1865, Cal. 52 Rim Fire, Serial Number Range 11000 to 61000. Top of receiver stamped "Spencer Repeating Rifle Co., Boston, Mass. Pat’d March 6, 1860. A small, shallow inlet (for sight?) cut into top of receiver directly behind stamping. Barrel length 22" and does not appear to have been lined. Magazine Tube is not original and fits a little bit tight. (Packed separately) Shield with brass pins on right side of butt stock. No inspector Marks could be found. Action working. No FFL Transfer required.
