Very good. The metal surfaces have a smooth mottled gray patina. The trigger guard has a pleasant aged patina. The cylinder scene is mostly visible and the markings are readable. The slightly undersized grip has been refinished and remains very good with a very small chip on each toe, some very light lower edge wear and a few minor handling marks. As noted the cartouche is faint. The action is excellent.
