Morton, Francis P. Blair, Jr., Joseph R. West, John S. Bigby, James R. McCormick, Selucius Garfielde, Harrison E. Havens, Alexander Mitchell, and Joseph H. Tuthill. In very good condition, with a few small separations along expected folds, several small pinholes, scattered light soiling, and a brush to a few of the final signatures.
