<B>Civil War Generals Signature Lot.</B></I> This lot features three signatures, all on small cards. The first is a 4.1" x 2.5"card with a laid down signature of Lysander Cutler Brigadier General. He signs his name "<I>L. Cutler Brig. Genl.</B></I>" Cutler was a Union General who fought at Gettysburg and the Second Battle of Bull Run. He was wounded at the Battle of Globe Tavern in 1864 and later died from those wounds. <BR><BR>The second signature is of Frank Wheaton, he signs himself, "<I>Frank Wheaton Brig. Genl. U.S.A.</B></I>" The card measures 4.1" x 2.5". Wheaton was a Cavalry officer in the Union Army. His father-in-law was a high-ranking officer for the Confederacy. <BR><BR>The third signature is on a 4.1" x 2.6" card and is signed as "<I>A. Baird Brig. Genl. U.S. Vols.</B></I>" Absalom Baird was a decorated and accomplished Union General. <BR><BR>The signatures are all in very fine condition; all three are on clipped pieces of paper which have been laid down on a larger sheet of paper.
