Antique Civil War Era Cast Iron Fencing, MUST BE PICKED UP, Nine 8ft. sections, Antique decorative wrought iron fences reached their peak of popularity in America during and after the Civil War. They became a status symbol denoting wealth. But a century later, when the demolition era of the 1960's raged across America, many wrought iron fences were lost to scrap-iron heaps. That is why they are rare today and coveted by many home restorers or garden enthusiasts as complementary antique yard decorations. These fences are rare antiques. Item found on private ranchland near Arabela-Bluewater in South Central New Mexico.

After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be re-embursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be relisted for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts. Any Bidder that has never purchased from us, may be asked for credit card information prior to Approval To Bid.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.
