Signers include: Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Johnson, Franklin Pierce, James Buchanan, William Seward, David G. Farragut, O. O. Howard, Ambrose Burnside, Edward Everett Hale, Charles Sumner, William T. Sherman, Lew Wallace, and Edwin Stanton. Scattered toning and soiling to most slips, several loose pages, fragile binding, and both covers detached and worn, otherwise very good condition.
