Fine. The barrel and trigger guard/lever have a smooth gray patina mixed with streaks of faded original blue finish, with approximately 70% of the blue remaining on the upper tang and top of the chamber. The remaining surfaces retain approximately 40% faded case colors with some light pitting and spotting on the buttplate. There is some minor pitting on the saddle ring bar, lower tang and trigger guard/lever, with heavier pitting on the barrel. The wood is very fine with the exception of a few minor gashes and some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
