Very good. The barrel has hints of blue with majority of finish a brown patina. Much of the original bright niter blue finish remains on the lever and breechblock assembly with a smooth dark brown patina on the balance. The receiver, lock and hammer have a smooth mottled gray patina with much of the original casehardened pattern remaining. There is a large piece of the upper left side of the forearm absent with some gouges in the same area, otherwise the wood is fine with some scattered minor dents, dings and scratches. The barrel marking is partially visible and the remaining markings are clear. The action is fine.
