This is either a Civil War or Wild West/Indian era brass belt buckle. It has a lead back and is complete with both brass arrow studs and the brass adjuster tongue.

It is about 3-¼ inches x 2-1/16 inches. It has no maker's names. It has some corrosion and many scuffs and scratches. This came from a collector in Oregon and the story told to us was that it was found in the Columbia River Gorge in the 1940s or 1950s.
