Compiled by Dave McGuire, then City Director of Public Relations, it tackles misconceptions about comic books head-on, blaming problems like juvenile delinquency on too little supervision from home, not from reading comics, and is generally positive in its recommendations concerning these four-color favorites. Take that, Dr. Wertham! The report runs 48 typed pages, and is in Very Good/Fine condition. A fantastic resource for comic historians!
