<B>Circa 1983 Raymond Bourque Game Used Stick.</B></I> One of the greatest scoring defensemen in the history of professional hockey, Raymond Bourque completely endeared himself to Boston Bruins fans by simply being the best defender around. The league agreed with this sentiment and awarded him the Norris Trophy five times during his career, more than any player not named Orr or Harvey. From circa 1983 we present a fabulous early career stick used by the Hall of Famer. The Sher-Wood PMP 5073 stick dates both from before his captaincy of the Boston Bruins as well as before he changed his jersey number to "77," giving up his original "7" to honor the Boston great Phil Esposito. "BOURQUE 7" appears stamped on the shaft, with a black sharpie handwritten "7" located just above that. The player's original taping remains at the blade and the handle, with the expected signs of use found throughout.
