In the inside back collar of this heavy sideline jacket is the "Medalist Sand-Knit Kansas City Chiefs" tag. Inside the front right side of the jacket is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" size 50 tag. On the back of the jacket is the team name "CHIEFS" in white tackle twill and yellow embroidery. On the left sleeve of the jacket is the player number "9" in white tackle twill and yellow embroidery. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
