<B>Circa 1956 Mickey Mantle & Casey Stengel Signed Baseball.</B></I> We've seen no shortage of Ruth and Gehrig "duo balls" in our day, and more than a few Mantle and Maris, but this is the first time we can recall seeing this particularly pinstriped pairing. This OAL (Harridge) ball features 8+/10 vintage blue ink signatures from the Commerce Comet and the Ol' Perfesser, each applied to opposing sweet spots (Stengel resides over the heavily faded Harridge stamping). As such, each presents 100% convincingly as a single. Note that this short-lived Mantle signature variation conclusively dates the ball to the era of his Triple Crown season, and to his service to the inimitable Stengel. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.
