Game-used Chicago White Sox cap circa 1949-1950, unknown player, a rare vintage example that features three leather pockets sewn inside where hard plastic inserts would be placed so the cap could be used as a "batting helmet." Black wool cap with White "C" stitched on the front, brown leather inside border with "MacGregor Gold Smith" logo and size "7" stamped in. Shows nice use with cracked leather and sweat stains.
