<B>Circa 1934 John Reilly Silver Lifetime Major League Pass.</B></I> The American Association home run king of the 1884 and 1888 Cincinnati Red Stockings was presented this fine silver pass shortly before his death at age seventy-eight in 1937. Seven decades later, Heritage is pleased to present it to our bidding audience, offering perhaps a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a piece from the estate of this elite 19th century slugger. The 2.75x4.25” pass is engraved, “The National/American Major Leagues of Professional Baseball Present This Lifetime Pass to John Reilly in Appreciation of Long and Meritorious Service.” The facsimile signature of League presidents Harridge and Frick are at bottom. The pass in stamped, “Lambert Bros. Jewelers, N.Y.” on verso. A degree of surface wear is to be noted, though this causes little concern.
