Original art for Winston Churchill’s book “Victory” in Hebrew. Signed by the artist, piece drawn in black pen depicts Churchill in a helmet while smoking a cigar peering through his binoculars. Entitled in Hebrew “Netzachon” or Victory. “Victory” was published on 7 August 1946 and was the final volume of Churchill’s war speeches, delivered from January to August 1945. The 14.75” x 20.5” poster is signed in white ink in Hebrew and dated 20 February 1946. Poster has creasing, folds and foxing, in good condition.
