Letter reads, in part: “I am an ardent supporter of day light savings measures, and it certainly does seem extraordinary that the Daylight Saving Measure…should have been delayed until this twentieth century…We, of the Women’s Party, are working very strenuously against the Bolsheviks in our industry and politics, as illustrated by the outrageous threat of a section of engineers to go on strike in a few days from now. There is a disaffected element which considers that the Nation’s danger is their opportunity.” In very good condition, with central horizontal and vertical folds, scattered toning, and creases and small tears to left edge.
