This compelling and evocative science fiction/fantasy cover scene for Thomas Burnett Swan's novel was painted by Chris Achilleos, world renowned illustrator. Achilleos' career has spanned over three decades and during that time he has painted hundreds of superb cover images for the fantasy classics of such legends as Robert E. Howard, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Michael Moorcock, and J. R. R. Tolkien, and many others.
