Featured in this lot are eight, Chippendale style revival dining chairs made by William L. Davis Company in Seattle, Washington in the 1970s. This is a solid set of wood dining chairs made in the 1970s by WM. L. Davis Co. in Seattle. Two of the chairs have curved wooden arms. They show a dark reddish-brown leather seat with brass nail head trim around the edge. The backrest is carved with a decorative pattern—thin wooden curves meeting in the center with a small shell design at the top. They are marked on the bottom of the seats on the wood section with a sticker reading, "WM. L. Davis Co.". They show good condition overall with slight wear present from their age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. Scuffs noted on the leather seats. The two chairs with armrests measure 23" L x 26 1/8" W x 39" H, while the rest measure 22 1/4" L x 23 1/8" W x 38" H. They have a collective weight of 140 pounds total.
