This newly made Huanghuali Kang table has the traditional bench top Kang table structure. The impressive beautiful wood grain works much better than any other color. There are a series of Kung Fu practice scenery carved along the table side. It is a popular collection piece in the auction house or for the personal collector because of the precious of the wood and the quality of the workmanship.

HuangHauLi is considered the king of the hardwood. People like its color, which ranges from a honey to a purple brown, and its distinctive grain, which creates something like a mountainous landscape pattern. The wood was originally known simply as HuaLi or "flowering pear" and the prefix Huang (yellowish brown) was added in the early twentieth century to describe the old Huali wood that had a yellowish patina due to aging.
