<B>Chinatown (Paramount, 1974).</B></I> Three Sheet (41" X 81"). Jack Nicholson stars as Jake Gittes in this legendary modern <I>film noir</B></I> from director Roman Polanski and writer Robert Towne. Towne won an Oscar for his work on this film, writing about a detective who investigates seedy love affairs and corruption within Los Angeles. The picture was nominated for many Oscars and probably would have won but for another little film that also came out that year: "The Godfather, Part 2." This incredible three sheet, designed by James Pearsall, was printed in one section and has some light "dusting" from humidity within the black areas.
