Chico and the Man Signed Script and Photograph. S
"Chico and the Man" Signed Script and Photograph. Soon after a successful appearance on "The Tonight SHow with Johnny Carson" in 1973, stand-up comedian Freddie Prinz was cast opposite character actor Jack Albertson in the sitcom "Chico and the Man." The show was a ratings success and Prinz was soon on the fast track to superstardom. Sadly, his personal life began to unravel just as fast, fueled by drug addiction and a failing marriage, and Prinz took his own life in 1977 at the age of 22. The showed limped on for another season before finally being cancelled. Featured here is Albertson's personal copy of the season two premiere episode "Paint Job" (aired September 12, 1975), signed by the actor, and a framed 11" x 14" black-and-white poster for the show with printed signatures. Excellent pieces of TV memorabilia, both items are in great condition. With COA from PSA/DNA.
