Major League Baseball Player's Association document authorizing the Cubs to deduct $50 from each player's paycheck for the union fee. Signers include: Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, Billy Williams, Larry Jackson, Lindy McDaniel, Joey Amalfitano, Bob Buhl, Ted Abernathy, Harvey Kuenn, Ernie Broglio, Ed Bailey, Vic Roznovsky, Cal Koonce, Jim Stewart, Doug Clemens, Bob Humphreys, Don Kessinger, Glenn Beckert, Chris Krug, George Altman, Billy Hoeft, and Bill Faul. A summary document is stapled to the top and two related letters are stapled behind. In very good to fine condition, with some scattered small stains, and Banks apparently tracing over his pencil signature in blue ballpoint.
