1873, Illinois. Stock certificate for 600 shares. Green/Black. Engraved vignette of a steam locomotive. Signed on the stub and as president by Sidney Dillon (1812 - 1892) One of America's premier railroad builders. Small edge chink in upper right corner. Four tears along top margin from brittle paper. Very Good. Hole punch cancellations not affecting either signature.
