No. 39), 33 pages, re-bound in brown leather with gold lettering and decorations, 8vo (9.5” x 6”). A cut signature, <I>“C. A. Arthur”</B></I>, has been attached to the front endpaper with mylar corners. The binding is in as new condition; the paper is in very good condition with minor yellowing.<BR><B>Photograph</B></I> by W. Kurtz, New York, signed <I>“Chester A. Arthur”</B></I> (6.5” x 4”).
