Cheshire Lines Committee 4-aspect HANDLAMP bearing a large rectangular brass plate with scalloped corners "CHESHIRE LINES E1 CHORLTON". Slatted glasses. With its original vessel brass-plated "68G. CLC E4 CHORLTON"; a LMS brass/ceramic burner; copper-plated reflector; and all glasses. Note Chorlton-cum-Hardy station, Manchester, opened in 1880 and closed in 1967.
