In this original story, an atom bomb goes off, the citizens of the town all have their hair fall out, and the opportunistic Donald Duck tries to profit from the disaster by selling hair-growth tonic for $1 a bottle! By the way, the story is by Carl Barks. His colleague Carl Buettner handled the cover art. This copy's in stellar condition with a color-rich paper cover and nice, white interior pages, impressive since these things were buffeted around inside cereal boxes. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $1,200.
