A handwritten note written by Che Guevara which was sent from a location in the East of Cuba, the Sierra Maestro, dated November 1958.
This note would have been sent by Che to one of his revolutionary comrades in another part of the Sierra Maestro whilst they were carrying out their insurrectionary activities in Eastern Cuba.
