Included in this lot we have a framed print of "Death of a Gambler" by Charlie Marion Russell. Charles Marion Russell, born March 19th, 1864 in St. Louis Missouri and died on October 24, 1926 in Great Falls Montana. Russell is known for his paintings of cowboys, Indians, and western landscapes, as well as crafting bronze sculptures. This print depicts the end of a shoot out between three gamblers in the front of a saloon. The piece shows two cowboys watching the fight with some horses panicking. The print is signed in the bottom left hand sign reading "CM Russell 1904 Copyrighted". The piece is set into a custom gilt gold frame with a red/brown border around the print. The print shows good condition overall with some light wear across the frame. The frame measures 26 1/4" wide by 20 1/4" tall with the art measuring 19 3/4" wide by 14" tall.
