Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 portrait by Nickolas Muray, signed and inscribed in fountain pen “To Ben Pinchot, from Charles Chaplin” and “To Ben Pinchot, from Ralph Barton.” Affixed to a same-size cardstock mount. In very good condition, with some light spotting to the finish, moderate silvering to the borders and dark areas of the image, light contrast to the inscriptions and signatures, and lightly trimmed edges. Pinchot was a renowned theatrical photographer.
