Composer (1881-1946) of operas on American Indian themes, choral works, and hundreds of songs. Two items: vintage pearl-finish 6.25 x 9.25 photo of Cadman writing, signed and inscribed in purple fountain pen; and an AMQS on a 7.75 x 5 off-white sheet, Cadman pens four bars of music and lyrics to ‘From the Land of the Sky-Blue Water,” signed and inscribed by Cadman, and dated November 13, 1927. In very good condition, with trimmed edges to photo, as well as some scattered creases, and mild edge toning and creasing to quote.
