Manson family member Charles ''Tex'' Watson typed letter signed on ''Abounding Love Ministries'' stationery, the Christian outreach organization he founded in the late 1970's from prison, where he is still serving his sentence. Letter, dated 14 November 1979, reads in part: ''...I am busy with my college class...College is new for me especially after not going in that direction for many years...'' Signed simply ''Charles''. Includes original envelope addressed to a Rebecca Dean. Letter measures 5.5'' x 8.5'' with two expected folds, else near fine.
