The martin Limoges Company was begun when Pierre Martin leased the old Nivet porcelain factory in Limoges in 1882. In 1886 his brother Charles Martin became a partner in the company. By 1886 Charles Martin was alone in the business, and he bought the building in 1905. At some point Charles was joined by his son-in-law Jean Duche, who became a partner. The factory closed in the early 1930s.
I could not find an exact match for the mark on this plate, but its manufacture dates back at least as far as the 1930s. The plate features very delicate handpainted roses on an embossed blank -- I have tried to capture the delicacy in the photos -- and lots of detailed gold trim. It measures 11 inches across, and is in excellent undamaged condition, with minimal, if any, wear to the gold.
