Unique in its design, this wedge-shaped heavily embossed plaster was probably used as a desk ornament. The nicely defined bust of Lindbergh has the words "Lindbergh The Lone Eagle" impressed into his coat. Chipping appears on the underside as is so common with this type of early plaster, but cannot be seen when displayed. Marked along a larger edge is the maker, "American Plastic Art Company St. Elmo, Ills."
