Scallop-topped partly-printed vellum DS, one page, 24 x 18.5, December 18, 1882. Collis and his wife sell to George A. Heyl “in consideration of the sum of one thousand and ninety two dollars…[a] Lot or Piece of ground, with the two story brick stable and coach house erected thereon.” Signed twice at the conclusion in purple ink by Collis. In fine condition. Embossed seals remain crisp and perfectly intact.
