(.30-30 WCF), 28'' blue finish Fluid Steel Krupp Essen barrels with pivoting two-position ''V'' notch rear sight and front blade sight, 5/8'' matted rib with doll's head extension, I.M. and I.C. chokes, double triggers, side-lever bolt release with single extractor, top-lever rifle barrel selector with tang mounted peep sight, double triggers with rebounding hammers, and blackpowder proofmarks. Case-colored frame and detachable locks have single line border engraving with small centered scrolls, barrel breeches have light border engraving. Lightly figured round-knob walnut stock and splinter forend are oil finished, with 20 line per inch checkering. Length of pull is 13'' over black 1/2'' Pachmayr Old English recoil pad; weight is 7-1/4 lbs. Mfg'd ca. 1904. Condition remains excellent with tight action, bright bores, crisp triggers and strong mainsprings; case colors are 30%, blue finish is 95% with areas of thinning along chambers and rib edges.
