This edition of Lindbergh's famous autobiography is rare, indeed, as only 1,000 were printed for sale to the public. In We, "Lucky Lindy" recounts his boyhood, his early experiences in aviation, and his famous New York to Paris flight aboard the "Spirit of St. Louis", the world's first solo, non-stop flight across the Atlantic. The book is in about fine condition, with light toning to the parchment spine, and one small pen mark on the rear board. Minimal foxing of the endpapers, with a virtually flawless inner text. Binding as new. The book is housed in a sturdy custom quarter leather slipcase with gilt spine lettering, four raised spine bands, and marbled boards. Any person interested in the history of aviation or in the cultural phenomenon of Lindbergh himself needs this book in his or her library.

Shipping: Books & Catalogs (view shipping information)
