Early film stars Charlie Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks and Mary Pickford sign an undated contract regarding formation of the United Artists Finance Corporation. The new company, to finance ''…production of motion-picture photoplays…'', was an offshoot of United Artists Corporation, formed by the three actors in 1919. Samuel Goldwyn and Joseph Schenck also sign. Three page 8.5'' x 11'' contract, accompanied by a New York law firm document backer, shows minor toning with staple holes in top corners. Excellent signatures. Overall very good.
