A staunch defender of Israeli security, he established his political reputation as a military intelligence leader during the Six-Day War (1967). TLS signed “Vivian,” one page, 6.5 x 9, State of Israel letterhead, March 20, 1985. Letter to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. In full: “You have often written and talked about the Communist Code Language. I am sure the subject still interests you and, therefore, it dawned on me that the ‘Lexicon of Soviet Political Terms’ attached herewith, will be of interest to you.” In fine condition, with an office stamp along left edge.
