The present Certina Blue Ribbon wristwatch was manufactured in 1965 in Switzerland. It is fitted with an automatic movement, caliber 25-651 with 27 stones, and shows the hour, minute, second and date. The silver dial has gold hands, and the watchcase is made of gold-plated stainless steel, which is partly gold-plated. The brown leather wristband has a pin buckle.



The case number is 4936258, and the case diameter is 34 mm. The height of the case is 10 mm and the strap length is 20 cm. The lugs measure 18 mm. The total weight of the watch is 40 grams. Certina S. A. is a Swiss watch manufacturer based in Le Locle. Today, it is part of the Swatch Group. The company was founded in 1888 by the brothers Adolf and Alfred Kurth as Kurth Frères factory for the production of watch movements and watch parts. A few years later, they began with the production of complete watches. Until 1938 watches were produced and sold with different brand names, including the Certina brand.
