Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms listed below and all other terms announced at the time of sale. For your satisfaction: We offer an Appraisal by GLA or CRG laboratory in Los Angeles California on Silver, Gold , Platinum items as well as Loose Gemstones and Fine Watches (A Complete & Detailed Evaluation for a reduced rate of 50% off) ***We do not allow Picking-up of Merchandise due to the security nature of our business and our Fine Art & Jewelers Block Insurance which does not allow an open to the public business structure. In exceptional cases we may approve a pick-up of merchandise after reviewing the shipping companies credentials and review of the official Estimate/Quote on Shippers Letterhead. We have No RETURN/EXCHANGE/CREDIT policies available (under certain very restrictive situations you may request permission from management. All sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns or refunds. Under certain circumstances, we may make an exception and allow a cancellation, re-listing, return, merchandise exchange or approve a bidding credit at our discretion. Bidders may not return items without our official permission and will be provided a special address to ship items back. In most cases we will provide the shipping label. However, in these cases a 20% re-stocking fee is charged and the Buyer's Premium, Taxes/Credit Card Charges as well as Shipping & Insurance Cost will not be refunded. In the case of jewelry and/or gemstones/precious metals, mineral specimens, coins, comic magazines, carvings, art and watches a GIA, or GRS SWISS LAB, AGS reports will be accepted. A Major Accredited Report will be required proving contradictory information would be required for example in the case of Gemstones or Comic Books (GIA, GRS SWISS LAB, AGS OR CGC REPORT). In other words, we will not accept the opinion of a neighborhood local Mom & Pop Shop or any other single entity that is in direct or indirect competition in terms of sales or appraisals. All sales are final. Occasionally you may notice that a previously won item is re-listed. This can be due to a variety of reasons such as a winning bidder in a previous auction did not pay for the item, a fraudulent payment transaction occurred or we may carry multiple types of the same item or the reserve was not met, or there was an technical error. Please thoroughly read any and all accompanied documentation before bidding. Appraisal values are based on Retail Replacement for the Beverly Hills Marketplace where the laboratory is located. These types of evaluations are written for insurance needs. This would be the cost to replace the item with an item of equal quality and kind, considered to be the current market price or the replacement value. This type of appraisal is done to protect you in the event of damage or loss of a valuable item. Our appraisals are conducted by and independent 3rd Party appraisal firm that utilizes Certified GIA Gemologist, if more information is needed you are welcome to contact them directly: CRG Laboratory - cs@certifiedraregems.com or GLA – cs@gemlabamerica.com. Appraisals should be used for verification of gemstone and/or metal weight, size, and grade only, not actual value. Appraisal value should be considered for insurance purposes only, not actual value, as price varies greatly from retail locations through-out the world. Items should not be purchased with the expectation to re-sell for appraisal price or for profit. We Reserve the Right to Reject or Limit any bid(s). We reserve the right to enforce a decision to refuse any bid, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, to cancel a sale, re-offer and re-sell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final. Lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price, below which the lot will not be sold in accordance to the agreement between the Consignor and CC Digital, Inc. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed (unless there was a technical error). Breach of Sale If the buyer fails to pay in full with good cleared funds or fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Sale as set forth herein, CC Digital, Inc reserves the right to exercise one or more of the following remedies, in addition to any other remedies available to CC Digital, Inc in Holding the defaulting winner/buyer liable for the full purchase amount due including collection costs. If a buyer fails to pay then the bidder will be Forbidded from participating in any future auctions. Your name will be added to the auction platforms List of Non-Paying Bidders. If a winning bid is cancelled a Cancellation fee will be imposed in the amount of 7%. If a winning bid is approved and the transaction is cancelled for any reason and the winning bidder wishes to back out, a 7% fee will be charged to the winning bidder to cover the costs associated with listing and the non-performer may be blocked from future bidding. Liability In no event will the liability of CC Digital, Inc to any purchaser with respect to any item exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item. International Bidders must perform a bank wire transfer within 3 business days of Auction End ($500.00 and over) unless bidder has applied for approval otherwise.
